You can visit our two Charity re-use shops at Foxhall and Bury St Edmunds Recycling Centres without an appointment. They are open 7 days a week and accept direct donations.
You can make multiple bookings per week to bring household waste to a recycling centre.
Business or trade customers/vehicles are restricted to two appointments within a 7 day period. We reserve the right to cancel any multiple bookings made in a 7 day period.
Before you book, check if there are items you can recycle at home.
What happens next
- You'll get an email confirmation after you book a recycling centre time slot.
- Check your spam/junk folder if you do not receive a booking confirmation email within 1 hour.
- If you've not received a confirmation email, do not make another booking. Email waste.management@suffolk.gov.uk and we'll check it for you.
- Find out how to cancel or amend an existing booking.
