Where can I find refills in Suffolk?
On this page you will find information about shops and businesses which offer product refills if you take your own container.
Refilling and reusing old containers is a great way to reduce the amount of plastic and packaging we use.
There are shops and businesses all over Suffolk offering refill services, ranging from household cleaning products to dried goods such as rice or oats and even loose-leaf tea and chocolate!
Just click on the icons on the map to find a refill shop or see the table below. Please do contact the shops for more information before making a visit to check they have the items you want. It might sound obvious but don’t forget to take all the containers you need with you!

Can I still refill during Coronavirus crisis?
In light of Covid-19, the shops and businesses on this directory have put into place a number of measures to ensure the safety of their staff and customers. From limiting numbers of customers allowed in the shop to regular cleaning of surfaces.
Most of the businesses are still happy to accept clean re-usable containers to refill and they have procedures in place such as handwashing between customers to reduce risks.
If you have queries or questions, please contact the individual shop or business to see what they are doing to help keep everyone safe.
