You can put small amounts of hutch waste from vegetarian animals in the kerbside composting bin (unless you live in the West Suffolk area).
You can only put clean straw and hay in the kerbside composting bin in Ipswich.
You can home compost hutch waste (such as straw, hay, shredded paper and droppings) from vegetarian animals only (rabbits, hamsters, gerbils, guinea pigs etc.).
You can put vegetarian pet bedding in your general rubbish bin at home.
You can place one manageable bin liner of vegetarian pet waste or hutch material per week in the non-recyclable container at any Suffolk Recycling Centre.
